Renigunta
Renigunta is a film full of new faces including the director, cast and crew. Paneerselvam, the director of the film has attempted on a different story. The movie faced a lot of problems before its release. It was put aside due to its over violent scenes.
One can’t say that Renigunta only has bloody violence; it also has plenty of (black) comedy, romance and sentiments, and all components are convincingly presented just as in Subramaniapuram. Thanks to director Panneerselvam, Renigunta is completely free from any sort of exaggeration, be it in graphics, number of songs, length and “superman effects” of the fight scenes. All credit goes to Panneerselvam’s clean script, the highlight of the film, which gives everything in the right proportion. In short, Renigunta simply rocks!
Paneerselvam the former Associate of Lingusamy directs the movie with the base saying criminals are not born but made. He took the crime subject which travels by showing the survival of the young criminals and reaches the climax by saying, these things should be stopped and must altered…
Another real hero of the movie is cinematographer Sakthi associate of Jeeva, who travels with the camera as another character which follows them.. especially in murder scenes, which projects the seeking parts and increase the pulse and looks fresh for Tamil “Keep it up Sakthi”… Editing too plays its role perfectly in these scenes.. Ganesh Raghavendra’s background score helps to enjoy the scene, can work more in BGM, Mazhai song is cool melody.. Movie Produced by Mahendrakumar, ‘Renigunta’ is a realistic action movie. However too much violence and blood creates fear in audience heart..
Its not such easy task to do better movie with such a new team, its a big output for paneerselvam and great opening for his team.. like subramaniyaburam did earlier.. Great wishes for this team!
